Welcome

The 38th Annual Newfoundland & Labrador Folk Festival is poised to be another incredible weekend of entertainment for the whole family. The Festival is the coming together of community, province and culture – our province is renowned for its contributions to the musical fabric of Canada and we do all we can to wave that flag high and proud.

Spread out over three exciting days, the Newfoundland & Labrador Folk Festival will be held in scenic Bowring Park while its usual home, Bannerman Park, is undergoing renovations. Operated by The Newfoundland & Labrador Folk Arts Society with a host of volunteers, sponsors and partners, the Festival is a summertime tradition that has been shared by thousands. Click the photos below and get to know the 2014 Festival artists and we’ll see you in beautiful Bowring Park this August.

VENDORS VILLAGE

This year we have more than 20 food, artisan, merchandise and community partner vendors. There will be lots to see and do (and eat!) while taking a stroll around the festival grounds.
