The band started as a group of overseas Filipino workers/professionals, who gathered together during one Christmas eve celebrations in 2011. The group created a Filipino choir, who sings during Filipino masses (4 times a year) here in St. John’s since 2012. The musicians and some singers form the same choir formed the band shortly after that. Since then, the band and the choir have performed at few multicultural shows, annual Grand Filipino Nights, multicultural mass, entertained seniors at retirement homes, and fundraising events by the Catholic church. This year, the band participated in the 133rd Multicultural show hosted by MUN’s International Student Council back in March, and the first ever International Cuisine Festival at Farmer’s Market last 4th of November 2019.
