We like to end off each month with a few tunes around the table for a casual evening of music. Each evening has a designated host and all tune players are welcome to join regardless of skill level, so feel free to sit in and learn a few if you like.

You’ve had a grand year Folk Night. Take a break and the best of the season to you and yours, the grand staff at the Ship, the Folk Night crew and our loyal and lovely audience.

But in the meantime….BRAGGAROO 3 will be rocking the Ship and while it is sold out, you can make a donation at the link below to lend a hand to one of St. John’s finest and fiercest creatives. Heck, you could probably hang out in Solomons Lane and have a great evening of it sure.

Rock on Bragg!

Whoa. Doug is hands down one of the finest fiddlers to ever bend a bow around here. Doug will be joined by Andrew Dale so this is truly a special evening in the works here.

Hey seriously. Don’t sleep on this one.

A rare one here folks. Tell the blues fans and come early for a seat!

He’s baaaaack! Dealin’ out the trad songs and tunes on tenor banjo, guitar and accordion! We are more than pleased to have Allan back on the Rock and hosting Folk Night once again!

Join us for an evening of bluegrass and old time country as we celebrate the 50 year career milestone of Crooked Stovepipe who have been holding down the bluegrass scene here for just about, well…50 years!

We will kick off the evening with short sets from our very special guests, Tyler and Zealya and The Old Contemporaries!

This one is hosted by the mighty Stacey Seward, the ever fleet of flute and wet of whistle, fresh back from upalong and never to roam no more, we hope!

We missed her by.

Tunes folks. Tunes.
