The Newfoundland and Labrador Folk Arts Society (NLFAS) is thrilled to announce “Friends of the Festival” – a fundraising concert! Some of the province’s best folk artists are coming together on Sunday, June 7, 2026 at the St. John’s Convention Centre to raise much-needed funds to stabilize the organization as it restructures.
Hitting the stage with songs and tunes to bring the house down are: Jim Payne & Fergus O’Byrne, Sandy Morris & Anita Best, Matthew Byrne, Zaynab Wilson, Rube & Rake, Sherman Downey, plus original members of legendary Figgy Duff – Pamela Morgan, Kelly Russell & Dave Panting.
