We are bringing the ARTS back to the Newfoundland & Labrador Folk Arts Society with a good ol’ knitters night out the FIRST TUESDAY of every month. From 6:30-9pm at Sláinte join us for crafts and live music. From 6:30-7:00pm there will be a chatting period before the music starts. Music offerings of Larry Foley starts at 7pm. Hosted by our beloved folky friend, Tonya Kearley-Russell! Cover fee is $10

We are pleased to bring you our Young Folk at the Hall program in St. John’s from November 23rd, 30, and December 1st! This program was started by Fergus O’ Byrne to provide an opportunity for young musicians to meet and share in the fun of playing music together and it has been an invaluable part of the cultural development of young artists over the last 20 plus years. Sessions will be held at the Lantern from 2:00-4:30pm on on Saturday, November 23rd and 2:00-4:30pm on Saturday, November 30th, with the finale concert on Sunday, December 1st at 2:00 pm.
