Festival Information

Here’s some useful information for when you come to the Festival on Saturday.

Need to Know!

• Hydration: The City’s hydration stations next to the Canteen will be available until 4:00pm.
• Washrooms: Portapotties & municipal facilities available
• Accessibility: EmpowerNL will join us again this year, bringing adaptive listening devices and wheelchairs for those who need.
• QR codes for donations & the Festival schedule will be displayed at donation hubs and greeting stations at the entrances to the park.
• This is a CASHLESS event. We are unable to accept cash donations in the park, and merchandise sales will be by card only.
• A limited supply of this year’s Festival tshirts will be available for purchase. Online purchase after the Festival will also be available.

What to Bring

• Seating: Please bring your own chairs and/or blankets.
• Refreshments: We will not have food vendors on site. You can bring along your own picnic and non-alcoholic beverages. Don’t forget a refillable water bottle!
• Weather: Dress for the weather! Have an extra layer for the evening. Hat, sunscreen, bug spray, rain jacket – whatever you will need to stay comfortable!
• Your dancing feet and sing-a-long voices and good cheer!
